High School Entrepreneurship Camp: dates finalized and applications open!
Do you know a high school student eager to jumpstart an entrepreneurial journey? The “Just Start” High School Entrepreneurship Camp is back!
From July 15-20, high school entrepreneurs are invited to immerse themselves in hands-on activities, workshops, and sessions designed to transform ideas into action. Students who attend can expect to walk away with a developed business plan, enhanced confidence, new connections, and opportunities abounding, such as the chance to win a $2,000 scholarship to Troy University. Applications are now open, so don't miss the chance to turn your ideas into reality.
Quickbooks in Action: Upcoming Two-Part Workshop
Calling all entrepreneurs and small business owners! Get ready to master your finances with the upcoming Quickbooks in Action workshops, offered in collaboration with the Troy University Small Business Development Center and Pike County Chamber of Commerce. In this two-part series, you'll gain hands-on experience, knowledge, and assistance with mastering QuickBooks. Capacity is limited, so sign up now!

Studio 7, a local Troy business, owned by Troy University graduate Jonas Shaw, recently hosted an event that invited the community to gather and celebrate creativity and entrepreneurship. Two TROY student businesses were in attendance including Gabby Jent, owner and operator of GabbyJPhotography, and Reanna Thompson, Jared Hester, Nathan Hobbs, Howard Purvee, and Zack Pappanastos of Studio 207. We're proud to support the next generation of changemakers as they engage with and shape the future of business and beyond.
