A Day of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Holiday Cheer!
We invite you to a day of innovation, entrepreneurship, and holiday cheer on Wednesday, December 4th! Two events will come together to showcase the talents, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of students at Troy University.
1. Annual Business Idea Pitch Competition
Join us as students from across Troy’s campus compete for their share of $5,000 in startup capital to launch their businesses! Hosted by the IDEA Bank and the Sorrell 360 Center, and powered by the Regions Foundation’s Troy Starters program, this competition will help innovative ideas meet a realistic startup opportunity.
The event will mark the conclusion of an eight-week business training program and will be followed by a celebratory luncheon. We invite the community to join us and meet Troy’s next wave of entrepreneurial startups!
2. Jingle Fest 2024
After the competition, join us once more to dive into the holiday spirit at Jingle Fest! This annual holiday market showcases unique products, handmade goods, and services crafted by Troy University student entrepreneurs.
The market will feature Troy’s local student-made talent, making it ideal for holiday shopping or simply enjoying a festive afternoon. From festive gifts to one-of-a-kind items, it’s the perfect chance to support TROY student businesses while checking off your holiday shopping list.
